My healthy diet 100词

As a saying goes, “Good health is over wealth.” So health is very important to us. To have a healthy body, we must have a healthy diet first.

Now, let me talk about my diet.

I often have some bread and milk for breakfast. I like drinking milk because milk is good for our body. Sometimes, I have some porridge and steamed buns, too. For lunch and dinner, I usually have a lot of rice, some meat, vegetables and soup. I like eating fruit, such as apples, oranges and bananas. So, I often eat some fruit after dinner. Sweet food is nice, but I only eat a little at a time. Because it is bad for our teeth.
